Last updated: September 2026. This explains what information Nexbiz collects through this website and what we do with it.
Nexbiz ("Nexbiz", "we", "us") operates this website. This policy covers only this website — the forms and popups you use to book a demo, ask for pricing, apply for a role, or contact us. It does not cover the internal data handling of the individual Nexbiz software products, which is described in each product's own documentation when you deploy it.
What we collect
When you use a form or popup on this site, we collect what you type into it, typically:
- Name, email address and phone number
- Company or business name, and your line of business, if you provide it
- The product you're asking about, and your message or requirement
- For job applications: the role, a portfolio/LinkedIn link, and what you tell us about yourself
We also automatically receive standard technical information common to any website visit — your IP address and basic request metadata — used only for spam prevention and to keep the contact form working reliably.
This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. It does not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, demo request, quote request or job application
- To set up a demo or a trial account when you ask for one
- To send you information you've specifically asked for
We do not use the information you submit for unrelated marketing without asking you first.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are emailed to our enquiry inbox (enquiry@nexbiz.in) and handled by whoever on our team follows up with you. If we use a customer-relationship tool to track enquiries, your information may also live there, accessible only to our team.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably useful for following up and for our own business records — typically no more than a few years after our last contact with you. Job applications we don't proceed with are kept for a reasonable period in case a matching role opens later, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to enquiry@nexbiz.in. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Some pages may use your browser's local storage purely to remember a preference on your own device (for example, a dismissed banner); nothing there is transmitted to us.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
